Bread-Baking Courses

The Breads are a vital part of any restaurant, bakeries, and hotels. Our artisan 30-days bread-baking workshop involves the in-depth process of bread baking, dough preparation, kneading and fluffing techniques, the science behind yeast and fermentation in bread baking, etc. Our recipes cover a wide variety of regular and specialty bread like multigrain bread, white bread, American rye bread, buns, focaccia-a-la-Genovese, brioche, baguette, and bagels, amongst many others.

An approved and recognized Program Provider for courses offered by the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET), London, we offer this well-reputed wine & spirit certification course at AIHMAS, Jaipur for professionals and enthusiasts. Highly sought-after course qualifications in the industry, especially in F&B, the course offers the basics of wine type and styles, learning the grape variety characteristics, history of beverage science, Indian wines, and market, food and wine complementing principles, etc. Apart from these, exclusive wine-tasting sessions as per WSET Level 1 guidelines are conducted by experts with a mandatory wine examination to provide the WSET certificate.
