Principal

Dr. Suresh Kumar Yadav is currently the Principal of the Ananta Institute of Hotel Management and Allied Studies (AIHMAS). He joined AIHMAS as a professor and an MBA/MHM Coordinator in 2016 and has been the Admin Head from July 2018 to Aug 2020. Dr. Yadav is a Certified Instructor of the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) for Managing Front Office Operations. He is a Ph.D. holder in Economics and Finance from the University of Rajasthan. He has qualified NET (National Eligibility Test) in both - Commerce & Management and is also a JRF (Junior research fellow) and SRF (Senior research fellow) in Management under UGC (Union Grant Commission). He holds an NSE’s (National Stock Exchange of India) certificate in Financial Markets (NCFM) and an NCMP (NSE’s Market Professional) Level 1 and AMFI (Association of Mutual Funds India). Dr. Yadav has a dual Master’s degree, Diploma in Computer Networking, and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Finance & Marketing. He comes with an experience of over 10 years in the field of education & research with eight research papers published in National and International Journals.

Ms. Deeba Khan is currently the Administrative Head of the Ananta Institute of Hotel Management and Allied Studies (AIHMAS). She is an established hospitality professional with 14 years of rich experience in the hospitality world. Experiencing all three hotel segments i.e., the luxury palace (Leela Palace Kempinski & Nadesar Palace, Varanasi), Upper upscale (Taj Exotica, Goa) & upscale (The Gateway Hotels, Varanasi & Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, Jaipur), her key area of calibre includes Accommodation Operations. Ms Deeba holds a four-year Hotel Management bachelor’s degree (BHMCT).

Mr Mathur has a work experience of more than 20 years in hospitality and over 10 years in teaching. Pass out from Batch 96 from IHM Meerut with a three-year Diploma in Hotel Management. She has a rich experience of over 10 years working in the service industry with groups like Axis Bank, VMOU, Cambay, JIMS, Taxila. She is a certified instructor of American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) for Hospitality Sales and Marketing, Supervision in the Hospitality Industry, Leadership and Management in the Hospitality Industry.

Ms. Neha Verma is currently working as a front-office faculty in the Ananta Institute of Hotel Management and Allied Studies (AIHMAS). She joined AIHMAS as a faculty in 2020. She has 13 years of experience in the hotel industry. She worked with Taj, Sheraton, and Radisson Blu along with having 3 years of experience at one of the five-star, SATS properties in the Maldives. She established the front office department and set the standards for 2 hotels and served there as head of the department. She holds Galileo CRS & Advanced Course certificate. She has done diploma in Aviation, Hospitality & Travel Management. She has a Level 5 BTEC Higher National Certificate and has also done post-graduation in Sociology from the University Of Rajasthan.
