The course comprises 1 year of theory classes and 6 months of internship in prominent properties.

Diploma in Food Production/Bakery and Confectionery

The Diploma in Food Production program is divided into,

  • Basic Training Kitchen (BTK): Herein, students gain an in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of basic culinary art and continental cuisines.
  • Quantity Food Kitchen (QFK): Herein, students learn how to face the challenges of cooking for large groups and learning about different culinary zones of India. Students prepare through methods a variety of delicacies.
  • Advanced Training Kitchen (ATK): Herein, students are polished to prove their mettle in the industry by training them in the planning and preparation of several Indian, Oriental, and Western cuisines.
