SESSION ON CULINARY ART:
We organize regular sessions on plating and Carving by Chef.Surendra ( Executive Chef of Radisson City Center , Jaipur ) for our students .The participants learn contemporary style of fruit & Vegetable carving and platting styles with the Culinary tricks .
We have a tie up with the United Brewery situated at Neemrana , Rajasthan which is the world’s best brewery. We annually take our students for an Industrial Visit to UB where they observe and learn the basics of brewing and fermentation.
As a part of regular Industrial Mentorship the executive committee members of reputed hotels visit our campus to motivate and uplift the momentum of our students to make their career in Hospitality Industry , recently The HR and The Training manager of the Oberoi’s Rajvilas Jaipur visited us , they also imparted the skills required by Oberoi’s Hotels & Resorts to qualify OCER & OCLD programs . They shared their experience and their beautiful journey with the students.
