His vision for AIHMAS is to make it the pre-eminent centre of Hospitality Management Learning in the country, producing future leaders with a global perspective and Indian ethos. Passed from (IHM, Mumbai) he has worked with many reputed brands (ITC - 4 years, Shagun Hospitality - 7years, The Sindhia School - 9 years) across India for over 14 years. He has also worked in London and Nigeria for 2 years. Mr Tandon is also an army consultant and owns a chocolate factory in Jaipur.

A hotel management graduate from IHM, Jodhpur, Chef Gothwal has a vast experience in the industry that spreads over 14 years. He is an Expert in bakery and confectionery and has been associated with many well-known brands in the past like the Taj Group, Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur, Maharishi Markandeshwar, Ambala, Maharishi Arvind Institute of Hotel Management and many more.

Chef Rohit Gothwal

A highly energetic young professional with a penchant for perfection, Ms Bisht has a rich experience of more than 4 years having worked with organizations such as the Taj Group. She has completed her B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM, Chandigarh and is currently pursuing a Masters of Tourism and Travel Management from Indira Gandhi University.

Lecturer, Housekeeping

With a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM, Meerut, he has worked with the Taj Group and many reputed brands across India as an Operations manager. Mr. Mathur has a work experience of more than 20 years in hospitality and over 10 years in teaching.

Rahul Mathur

A dynamic, young AHLEI professional, Chef Sen has an experience of more than 7 years. He has worked as a speciality chef with five-star organizations such as the Taj, New Delhi & Mumbai. He has also worked with international cruise liners like the Royal Caribbean International.

Chef Vijendra Sen

After completing her Bachelor’s in Hotel Management and a Masters in Travel and Tourism, Ms Rajan set out to gain industrial experience and has worked in many renowned hotels such as the Taj Group and ITC Jaipur. She has more than 5 years of experience in academics, research, front office, housekeeping and F&B service.

Princy Rajan

Lecturer, Food & Beverage Service

An optimistic, enthusiastic and meticulous computer science teacher, Ms Bhardwaj has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications, a Masters Degree in Information Technology, and is currently pursuing her PhD in Software Engineering. With a teaching experience of more than 3 years, she has been keen on developing critical thinking skills in students.

A PhD., MBA, M.Com, and NET Fellowship – UGC holder along with a marketing certificate [Level 1] from NSC and AMFI, Dr Yadav come with an experience of more than 5 years in the field of education and research with 8 research papers published in national and international journals. He has also attended more than 15 national and international conferences and seminars.
