What a day in our culinary diary, the curious faces and eyes wide open of students who visited Ananta Institute of Hotel Management to attend the culinary workshop. The excitement of what’s next being cooked was very high, the Chef demonstrated the famous Thai Salad “Som Tam”, second dish on the roll was everyone’s favourite “DimSum” in Chocolate flavour, the last one was Popeyesfavourite& nutritious “FunjabiSaag Tacos”. The event did not last just with cooking, the kids were shown how at home they can use flowers in making some beautiful arrangements for special occasions.
